Playstation Network Download Error 404
I will then use the resource import tool to bring it in. I am not sure sure why the compression is z3. I told the task to "optimize for size" which should have used -z9 (at least thats what id use when using straight up ghost 5 years ago). Maybe ill run it again with -z9 and see if it creates a smaller image file.
Thank you so much for this posts. It helped quite a bit in getting the multiple site created. Unfortunately, the site I am supporting uses a custom-made theme that doesn’t seem to work on the secondary site I created. It is network enabled but the custom header and menu do not appear on the second site (I have a sub-directory install). oy vey!!!

After installing and configuring SharePoint 2013, if you try to visit the SharePoint App Store you will notice a warning message ‘ Sorry, apps are turned off. If you know who runs the server, tell them to enable apps. ”. Well lucky for us, we run this server so it’s time to configure it to run Apps or Crapps ( @jimmywim ).

1. Start the App Management Service from Services on Server 2. Provision an App Management Service Application (You can use the UI for this) 3. Create a subdomain domain in DNS – e.g. *.apps.contoso.com. You can either create a subdomain or a new domain to host your apps. I’ll leave that choice up to you. Make sure that when setting up the subdomain in a multi-server environment you set the FQDN of the target host to be your SharePoint 2013 box. 4. Set your isloated App Domain by running this command:
My original site is my business site and the new site is entirely personal, and supposed to be anonymous. However, when you watch the browser’s (firefox) path to the new site while it loads (in the address bar at the bottom), you can see it hit the original site address just before the plugin maps it to the new site domain. Occasionally when the servers are busy you can see “waiting for originalsite.com” before it gets mapped.
Thanks for your video. I followed the multi-site instruction and created my wordpress site at http://homepage.ics.edu.hk . Then I tried to create site1 as a test. It said the new site1 is addred but when I view the site1 failed with an error: The requested URL /site1/wp-admin/ was not found on this server.

8. Visit the Manage Service Applications page in Central Admin and verify that both the App Management Service App and Subscriptions Settings Service App are provisioned and started. 9. The next thing to do is create an App Catalog. This is essentially a Document Library which is hosted within a separate Site Collection. Choose Apps > Manage App Catalog from Central Admin. 10. Select your Web Application and ensure ‘Create a new app catalog site’ is checked and click OK. 11. Fill in the details for your App Catalog Site and click OK to create it.

I am getting into image automation now by using jobs/tasks . If I try to deploy the Windows 7 x64 image by including Deployanywhere drivers I consistently receive error 183 in the details of my failed image deployment. If I uncheck deployanywhere the image goes through successfully; of course without any drivers. So DA must be the cause of my 183 error and I have no idea what exactly is causing this 183 error and how to remediate it. As of August 2014 we are using 7.5 SP1.
